STUDENT FUNDING APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED

GIM 2010, along with the generosity of the State Government of Victoria – Department of Innovation, Industry & Regional Development – and the Melbourne Convention and Visitors Bureau, will make available 70 complimentary registrations for students to attend GIM 2010.

Applications were open to both National and International students who will be awarded based on the following criteria:

• Letter of support from Research Supervisor
• Brief outline from student as to how they will benefit from attending GIM 2010 (max. 250 words)
• Submit an abstract to be considered – will strengthen application but not a prerequisite

Successful applicants will be notified via email by Friday 26 February.  These students will be required to complete a registration form for GIM 2010 (to be supplied at the time of notification) and submit it by Friday 12 March.  Failure to do so may result in the student no longer being eligible for complimentary registration.

Please note – GIM 2010 will only cover registration costs.  Travel, accommodation and personal expenses will be at a cost to the student.
