Registrations can be paid online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards. All transactions will appear on your statement as payment to arinex pty limited.
Alternatively payment can be made by cheque or money order made payable to ‘The Meeting Planners/GIM 2010'.
Incorrectly drawn cheques will incur bank fees
Cheque payments must be received within 30 days of registration otherwise your registration will be cancelled
Cheque payments will be accepted up until 24 May 2010. After this date, all registration and accommodation requests must be submitted with credit card details

Each registrant must fill in a separate form. A clean photocopy of the form will be accepted, or additional forms can be obtained from the above link.

Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank
cheque in Australian Dollars only. Please note all transactions

your credit card company to advise them of this transaction
to ensure the payment is cleared. Cheques should be made
payable to the The Meeting Planners/GIM 2010.

Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Symposium. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Symposium. At the Symposium you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/Symposium documentation and a list of delegates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Symposium Managers.
Registration Fees
Prior to or on 24 May 2010, cancellation will incur an A$100 cancellation fee
From 25 May 2010, there will be no refund
Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Symposium Office prior to the Symposium
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Symposium
Accommodation
Deposit is non-refundable at 24 May 2010.
Social Program
Prior to or on 24 May 2010, cancellation will incur an A$100 cancellation fee
From 25 May 2010, there will be no refund
Tours
Prior to or on 14 May 2010, cancellation will incur
an A$100 cancellation fee
From 15 May 2010, there will be no refund
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Symposium and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Symposium, or through cancellation of the Symposium, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Symposium Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Privacy Statement
Australia introduced the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 in 2001. The Symposium Managers comply with such legislation which is designed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the Symposium will be only used for the purposes of planning and conduct of the Symposium and may also be provided to the organising body or to organisers of future events. It is also usual to produce a ‘Delegate List' of attendees at the Symposium and to include the individual's details in such a list. Consent for publication of the individual's information may be withheld when completing the Registration Form for the Symposium. Individuals are also entitled to access the information held by written application to the Symposium Managers.
